Implemented by: Rotary India Gujarat

Location: Gujarat

This Global Grant aims to transform the educational and sanitation infrastructure for 884 tribal students across four residential schools in South Gujarat, known locally as Ahramshalas. These schools, run by charitable organizations, provide essential education and accommodation to children from landless laborer families who frequently migrate for work. The grant will equip these schools with E-learning facilities, primary computer education, separate hygienic sanitation facilities, warm water through solar water heaters, and bunk beds. These improvements will address critical needs, enhance the educational experience, promote better health, and reduce the incidence of diseases among tribal children.
